Rules
1.
All items are sold to the highest bidder.
2. We will be accepting bids between July 19 and August 5, 2010.
3. The auction is scheduled to close at 11:00pm ET August 5, 2010.
However, we will continue to accept bids until approximately 10
minutes have passed without an internet or phone bid. (With the
10 minute rule, closing could occur during the A.M. hours of August 6th)
4. All new bidders must register online or call 727-787-9577 to
obtain a user name and password. Once you receive a user name and
password, this will be your permanent user name and password for
all future Bricol Sports Auction auctions. Visa or Mastercard is
required for registration. If you do not have a credit card, two
hobby references are required for registration. We reserve the right
in sole discretion to refuse to register a bidder or to refuse to
accept bids from anyone.
5. There will be 15% buyers premium added to all winning bids. (Example:
your winning bid is $100, your actual cost is $115 plus postage,
handling, insurance and tax, if applicable.)
6. Bidding increments are $10 for all lots under $100 and 10% for
all lots $100 or more.
7. Bids will be accepted via internet, phone, fax or mail.
8. Bricol Sports Auctions encourages you as bidder to place ceiling
bids. This is the easiest and best way to ensure that you get the
best possible opportunity to win your desired lot. Ceiling bids
are kept strictly confidential. To place a ceiling bid, it needs
to be a minimum of two bid increments above your current high bid.
(Example: Your new bid $1,000. The minimum ceiling bid would be
$1,210.) If the same ceiling bid is place on a lot by two or more
bidders, the bidder who placed the ceiling bid first will have priority
to that bid amount.
9. All Florida residents must pay appropriate sales tax. If you
have a resale number please ensure that we have it on file or sales
tax will be charged.
10. We accept VISA, Mastercard, cashier's check, money order and
personal checks. All personal checks will be held 10 business days.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
11. Invoices will be E-mailed to all winning bidders.
12. All winning bidders are responsible for shipping, handling and
insurance costs. If special shipping is required please notify us
when you receive your invoice and we can make the appropriate shipping
adjustments.
13. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All game used jerseys are authenticated by Lou Lampson or Wayne Otto Pro-Am Sports. Each lot authenticated by Lou Lampson will come with a Lou Lampson LOA and each lot authenticated by Wayne Otto will come with a Pro-Am Sports LOA.
Autographed lots come with either a James Spence Authentication LOA(JSA), PSA/DNA COA or Steiner Sports COA, etc. when noted. Otherwise, autographed lots have been authenticated by thorough scrutinizing of direct comparisons to thousands of previously authenticated items by JSA and PSA/DNA from prior Bricol Sports Auctions and PSA/DNA’s Real Autographs On-Line. A Full Bricol Sports Auction LOA with complete description and color photo will accompany these lots.
14. No bid retractions are permitted. Please bid carefully and responsibly.
15. Call backs are available to all bidders. When requesting a call
back please provide the appropriate phone number and latest time
you can be called the final night of the auction. Internet bidders
will receive an e-mail within approximately 30 seconds if their
bid is topped by either a phone bid or another internet bid. Unless
an internet bidder calls and requests a call back, the e-mail will
constitute a call back.
16. The auctioneer reserves the right to postpone or delay the auction
for a reasonable period of time due to any significant event determined
by the sole judgment of the auctioneer with out recourse from any
bidder or prospective bidder. |
